Placements24 is seeking a Lead Blockchain Engineer to drive enterprise blockchain initiatives on a fully remote basis. You will lead a distributed team, architect secure and scalable ledger systems, and guide the development of smart contracts and network configurations for global clients.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in blockchain, plus strong cryptography and cloud infrastructure knowledge. Remote collaboration with a global team is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in software engineering, 4+ years in blockchain.
• Proven experience leading complex blockchain projects.
• Experience with Hyperledger Fabric and other enterprise platforms.
• Strong cryptography, network security, and cloud infra knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and remote-team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise blockchain solutions.
• Architect scalable distributed ledger systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs.
