Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Blockchain Architect or Lead Blockchain Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical vision and strategy for blockchain implementations.

Oversee the technical aspects of implementation, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and client stakeholders.
Conduct thorough analysis of client business needs and translate them into effective blockchain solutions.
Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with blockchain deployments.
Stay current with emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in blockchain technology and distributed systems.
Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, specifications, and roadmaps.

Requirements

Extensive experience as a Blockchain Architect or Lead Blockchain Engineer, with a strong focus on enterprise solutions.
Deep understanding of various blockchain protocols, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.
Proven experience designing and implementing blockchain solutions using platforms like Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, or similar.
Knowledge of smart contract development and deployment.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, particularly in a remote setting.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
Experience with system integration and API design.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
