Placements24 is seeking a Senior Biostatistician for its Clinical Trials unit in Rustenburg. You will design, analyze, and report on clinical studies, applying statistical methods and ensuring data integrity throughout the trial lifecycle.

You will collaborate with researchers, data managers, and regulators, perform SAS/R analyses, develop SAPs, and contribute to regulatory submissions and publications. A strong biostatistics background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of biostatistics experience focused on clinical trial analysis.
• Proficiency in SAS and R.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design protocols, sample size calculations, and SAPs.
• Perform complex statistical analyses of trial data using SAS or R.
• Interpret results and prepare reports for regulatory submissions.
