Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in biomedical data analysis.
• Proven experience with statistical software packages (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) and programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
• Strong understanding of biological concepts and experience working with biomedical data types (e.g., genomics, transcriptomics, clinical trial data, EHRs).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in biomedical research.
