Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain computational pipelines for the analysis of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data, including whole-genome, exome, and RNA-seq.
• Perform statistical analysis of genomic data to identify genetic variations, gene expression patterns, and functional associations.
• Collaborate with experimental biologists and clinicians to design genomic studies and interpret results in biological context.
• Implement and utilize various bioinformatics tools and databases for sequence alignment, variant calling, and pathway analysis.
• Contribute to the development of novel algorithms and computational methods for genomic data analysis.
• Communicate complex findings clearly through reports, presentations, and visualizations to diverse audiences.

Requirements
