CBRE Excellerate in Sandton is seeking a Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid processes for FM services, renewals and re-tenders. You will ensure compliant, commercially sound submissions and coach teams through bid planning, content development and client interactions.

You will coordinate with operations, HR, finance and HSE to gather content, manage timelines, develop pricing models and track bid performance.

Formación

• Experience managing complex, multi-service bids and proposals.
• Ability to develop strategic bid responses and win themes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration to gather content.
