Business Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining BI interfaces.

The role involves managing our clients' data retrieval and analysis, providing clean and comprehensible data to end-users for KPI creation. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between data and users lacking advanced SQL skills.

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field.
• At least 5-6 years of experience in a BI development environment.
• Hands-on experience with T-SQL, SSIS, Data Warehousing, SSAS, and Power BI.
• Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Analysis Services, including OLAP cube authorization and MDX scripting.
• Extensive experience in SSRS development, including creating and tuning SQL Reports.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft BI stack - MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes with SSIS.
• Design, maintain, and re-architect data warehouses as needed.
• Work on complex, cross-functional BI projects.
• Lead projects implementing new BI tools and systems.
• Analyze and share data to improve business metrics, customer experience, and results.
• Implement data structures following best practices in data modeling and technology.
• Perform data conversions, imports, and exports between systems.
• Automate report generation, data quality monitoring, and governance frameworks.
