Job summary

Techrepo.co.za is seeking a BI Developer to design, build, and maintain BI solutions that turn data into actionable insights. You will work across data sources to create robust ETL workflows, data models, and data warehouses that support medium to enterprise-scale reporting and analytics.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data analysts, and engineers to ensure data quality, security, and governance while delivering compelling dashboards and visualizations for business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI development experience
• Experience with enterprise BI platforms and ETL pipelines
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data governance
• Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions across data sources
• Build and optimize ETL workflows (Informatica, SSIS)
• Design data models and data warehouse structures
• Ensure data quality, integrity and security in warehouse
• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers and data scientists
• Review and improve BI solutions for accuracy
