We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Developer with expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / NAV to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, along with a deep understanding of Microsoft’s data ecosystem. Microsoft Certification is a must.

What you’ll do:

1. Design, develop, and implement BI solutions using Power BI to support business decision-making.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Power BI reports/dashboards.
4. Integrate data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / NAV, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability.
5. Maintain and enhance existing ETL processes to support BI and reporting needs.
6. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices are followed.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to provide analytical insights.
8. Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft BI technologies, including Fabric, Synapse, and Azure Data Services.
9. Troubleshoot and optimize performance for Power BI reports and datasets.

Your expertise:

1. 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
2. Expertise in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data visualization best practices.
3. Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / NAV data structures and integration.
4. Proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and Azure Data Services.
5. Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL development, and performance tuning.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
7. Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices.

Qualifications required:

1. Microsoft Certified: Power BI, Data Analyst Associate, or related certification.
2. Power BI Certified
3. Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Dataverse, or Power Platform.
4. Knowledge of machine learning, AI-powered analytics, or predictive modeling.
5. Experience in finance, supply chain, or operations analytics.
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps for BI.
