JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that will support business growth.
  2. Creating and maintaining reports and central dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to establish business goals, metrics, and requirements and then translate these specifics into business analysis solutions.
  4. Conducting data quality checks while ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all spectrums before implementing findings.
  5. Developing reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate strategic findings and presenting these insights as recommendations to key stakeholders to aid business decisions.
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data insights.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. A Bachelor's degree (or Master's degree) in a field such as data analytics, statistics, business administration, mathematics, computer science, data science or a related discipline is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analysis, information technology, or a related field of data management.
  3. Work experience with programming languages and tools such as SQL, Python, R and highly proficient in Excel.
  4. Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView to create compelling visualizations and reports.
  5. Knowledge / Experience handling business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Business Intelligence, IBM Cognos to extract and analyze data.
  6. Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to stay updated on emerging industry trends, business processes, technologies, and methodologies in the data field.
