Job summary

Winning Form seeks a skilled data analytics professional to design, build and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. The role emphasizes strong SQL, data modelling and ETL/ELT expertise to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.

You will work across data warehousing concepts, data mining, and automation, with exposure to multiple tools (Tableau/Qlik) and Azure data services. Durban location, full-time sought.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in Power BI with DAX, data modelling and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, power query, data modelling and automation (VBA/Macros). and dashboard building.
• Data visualization expertise with ability to translate data into clear and actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Tableau and Qlik.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Experience developing and supporting production reporting solutions and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Strong SQL querying skills with SQL Server, PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
• ETL/ELT design across multiple data sources, including profiling, cleaning, transformation and validation.
• Dimensional modelling including facts, dimensions, grain, keys, relationships and reusable measures.
• Troubleshooting refresh, schema, mapping, transformation and source-data failures.
• Ability to automate reporting processes using Python or similar scripting.
• REST API integration; Power BI Service admin; data warehousing, data marts or lakehouse concepts; Git; stored procedures; and automated Excel outputs.
