JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain standardised reporting frameworks to provide a consistent view of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the group with a focus on Merchandise reporting.
  • Create comprehensive reports that deliver relevant context at both the group level for the board and the department level for merchants.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate and consistent data that aligns with the company's goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the BI team to ensure data availability and accuracy.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in reports and analyses.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Eliminate duplicated efforts and conflicting information by standardising report creation across the business. Continuously improve reporting processes and frameworks based on feedback and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in BI reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of Apparel Retail.
  • Experience with Pyramid Reporting is desirable.
