Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain standardised reporting frameworks to provide a consistent view of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the group, with a focus on Merchandise reporting.
2. Create comprehensive reports that deliver relevant context at both the group level for the board and the department level for merchants.
3. Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate and consistent data aligned with the company's goals.
4. Collaborate closely with the BI team to ensure data availability and accuracy.
5. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in reports and analyses.
6. Engage with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
7. Standardise report creation across the business to eliminate duplicated efforts and conflicting information, and continuously improve reporting processes based on feedback and best practices.

Qualifications And Experience

1. A relevant tertiary qualification.
2. At least 5 years of experience in BI reporting.
3. In-depth understanding of Apparel Retail.
4. Experience with Pyramid Reporting is desirable.
