You will manage event logistics, budgets, and resource allocation, uphold service standards, and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Banqueting Manager or similar in a high-volume catering or hotel.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of event operations, service standards, and F&B management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficiency in event planning software and standard office applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the banqueting team, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of banqueting events, including room setup, staffing, and timelines.
• Ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house service staff during events.
• Maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
• Manage event budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation for banqueting operations.
