Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong emphasis on Java .
• Extensive experience with the Spring framework, particularly Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in designing and working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle , PostgreSQL , MySQL).
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
• Understanding of microservices architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be able to work full-time from our offices located in Bloemfontein.
