Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend software development experience.
• Experience building and maintaining microservices at enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of ORM trade-offs and performance tuning.
• Experience with SQL Server, indexing, and query tuning.
• Familiar with event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
• Ability to lead design discussions and influence architecture.
• Proven production ownership and incident response experience.
