Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant software development experience.
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• Strong experience with C# development.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and modern development practices.
• Strong SQL Server experience including relational DB design, complex SQL, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in the delivery of products and solutions across teams.
• Lead, mentor, and support developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Align development initiatives with strategic business goals and delivery plans.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design with architects and stakeholders.
• Ensure software development best practices, coding standards, and QA processes are followed.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems while minimizing defects and technical debt.
• Support adoption of new technologies and continuous system improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Document applications, enhancements, and technical processes for knowledge sharing.
• Promote effective use of development tools and engineering methodologies.
• Drive adherence to Agile development processes and continuous delivery.
