Our client, a renewable-energy provider offering solar power and backup solutions through an affordable, subscription-based model, is looking for Senior Telesales Agents with grit and ambition.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate high-volume outbound calls to potential residential customers to promote solar and backup power solutions.
- Clearly explain the benefits of subscription-based solar and backup energy systems, including cost savings, convenience, and load-shedding protection.
- Assess customer needs and determine product suitability through effective questioning and listening.
- Confidently handle objections, clarify concerns, and provide solutions to secure sales.
- Drive the sales process from first contact to final agreement, consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately log all call outcomes, update customer records, and manage follow-ups using internal systems.
- Ensure adherence to sales scripts, legal disclaimers, and company policies to maintain brand integrity and customer trust.
- Contribute to team success through sharing strategies, attending meetings, and maintaining a high-performance mindset.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in an outbound B2C environment.
- Strong verbal communication and objection handling skills.
- Confidence to pitch and sell products over the phone.
- Ambitious, resilient, agile, and strong work ethics.
- Matric Certificate or higher.
