Job summary

Network Contracting Solutions is seeking an experienced Azure Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-scale cloud transformations across hybrid infrastructures. You will design governance, landing zones, and security models while driving cost-optimisation strategies and migration initiatives.

You will engage with technical and executive stakeholders to shape cloud strategy and deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned to business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Relevant Azure certifications (Architect Expert or Administrator).
• 4–8 years in IT infrastructure, cloud, or architecture roles.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, governance, migration).
• Hybrid cloud and enterprise infrastructure experience.
• AWS exposure is advantageous.
• Cost modelling/FinOps experience beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure cloud architecture including IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid solutions.
• Develop and govern Azure landing zones, security models, and cost optimisation strategies (FinOps).
• Lead cloud migration initiatives, including assessments, planning, and execution.
• Define monitoring, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies for enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide architecture oversight across cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
