Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying AI solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Minimum 5 years in AI and ML development with a focus on Microsoft ecosystems.
• Proven capability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

• AI solution development using Azure AI services.
• Build and train models with ML.NET, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Integrate AI models with existing systems and ensure performance.
• Data preprocessing and feature engineering to improve model accuracy.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
• Monitor and optimize models for performance and cost.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on best practices.
• Create comprehensive documentation for models and processes.
