Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in aviation systems engineering.
• Proven track record in designing, integrating, and testing complex avionics or aircraft systems.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., SysML, DOORS).
• Experience with simulation and modeling tools for system analysis and design.
• Knowledge of aviation standards and regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA, ARP4754).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the system design and architecture for new aviation projects, ensuring compliance with requirements and standards.
