About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compliance strategies, conducting audits, and liaising with regulatory bodies. This is an office-based position where you will work closely with operational teams, legal counsel, and senior management to uphold the highest standards of aviation governance. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the aviation industry's regulatory landscape and a proven track record of successfully managing compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the organization's aviation compliance program
• Ensure adherence to all relevant aviation laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., SACAA, ICAO).
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and risks.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, manage inspections, and respond to inquiries.

Requirements
