Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software for automotive control units and infotainment systems.
• Implement and optimize algorithms for real‑time applications, ensuring compliance with stringent automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262).
• Develop and integrate software components using C/C++ and other relevant programming languages within embedded Linux or RTOS environments.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, system architects, and validation teams to define software requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and root cause analysis of complex software issues.
• Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and functionality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and tools.
• Document software designs, implementation details, and test procedures thoroughly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in automotive software development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages is essential.
• Experience with embedded systems development, RTOS (e.g., QNX, FreeRTOS), and/or embedded Linux.
• Solid understanding of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet.
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR architecture and development.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, particularly in a remote setting.
