Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in automotive engineering R&D.
• Expertise in powertrain, chassis, vehicle dynamics, electronics, or materials science.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAE software and simulation tools relevant to automotive design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of new automotive components and systems, focusing on innovation and performance enhancement.
• Conduct feasibility studies, performance analysis, and validation testing for new automotive technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, suppliers, and manufacturing engineers, throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and presentations on R&D findings and project progress.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements within the automotive sector.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges.
