Placements24 is seeking a Senior Automotive Quality Engineer for our client in Kimberley, Northern Cape. You will ensure quality throughout design, development, manufacturing and final inspection, implementing QMS, conducting audits and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires IATF 16949 expertise, proficiency in SPC/DOE/FMEA/MSA, and strong collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain. Hybrid work on-site in Kimberley with remote analysis and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial).
• 6+ years in automotive quality engineering or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements.
• Proficient in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.
• Experienced in root cause analysis methodologies (8D, 5 Whys).
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on-site and remotely as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
