Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Automotive Electrician or Master Technician focused on electrical systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical/electronic faults.
• Proficient with OEM diagnostic software and advanced scan tools.
• Strong CAN bus and multiplexing knowledge for modern vehicle networks.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Automotive electrical certifications (e.g., ASE) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork with customers.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proactive learner of new vehicle technologies.

• Perform wiring repairs, component replacements, and module programming/coding.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical service bulletins accurately.
• Guide and mentor junior automotive electricians, providing technical support and training.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to all workshop safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding diagnosis, repair procedures, and costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Electrician or Master Technician specializing in electrical systems.
