Job description

We are looking for a technically strong, hands-on Automation Test Engineer with proven experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated test solutions across web and mobile applications.

The key requirement for this role is strong, practical mobile application automation experience. This is a non-negotiable MUST-HAVE. Candidates who have strong Playwright experience but limited or no hands-on mobile automation experience will not be suitable.

The ideal consultant will be comfortable writing code, contributing to automation frameworks, troubleshooting automation issues, and experience automating both web and native mobile applications.

Requirements

• Experience automating both web and native mobile applications.
• Experience across Android and/or iOS.
• Experience designing, building, or contributing to automation frameworks.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automated test execution and reporting.

MOBILE APPLICATION AUTOMATION – NON-NEGOTIABLE

• Strong, hands-on experience with mobile application automation – MUST HAVE.
• Demonstrable experience automating mobile applications, rather than simply executing existing automated tests.
• Practical experience with mobile automation framework
• Experience with Android and/or iOS automation.
• Ability to develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance mobile automation scripts/frameworks.

PLAYWRIGHT

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Experience building and maintaining automated tests using Playwright.
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing Playwright automation.
• Experience working with modern web application automation.

PROGRAMMING / CODING

• Strong programming and coding capability.
• Ability to write, maintain, debug, and enhance automation code.
• Strong understanding of automation principles and test design.
