• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in automation system design, programming, and integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages for PLCs (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram) from major manufacturers (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, ABB).
• Extensive experience with HMI/SCADA software (e.g., FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Ignition) and robotic programming.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and system-level troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at working effectively with distributed teams and clients remotely.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel for critical client meetings or on-site support when necessary (estimated travel).
