Senior Auto Body Costing Clerk

R20000 – R35000 CTC – depending on experience

POSITION INFO :

• THIS POSITION REQUIRES AUTO BODY (PANEL SHOP) EXPERIENCE

Our client is a leading auto body repair shop, known for commitment to quality and excellent workmanship. They specialize in providing top-notch services to insurance and fleet clients and are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Auto Body Costing Clerk to join their team. You will be responsible for handling detailed costing for approx. 120-150 vehicles per month, submitting additions for predominantly insurance clients and some fleet clients, ensuring all documentation and costing reports are precise and submitted on time. You will also be collaborating with the workshop and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Experience using TMS and Audatex systems is required.

• Working Hours: 07:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

Job Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent
• A valid Drivers License
• Proven experience in auto body costing, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in using TMS and Audatex systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable and contactable references.
