Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

About the Role

Our client, a prestigious Big Four accounting firm with a significant presence in Polokwane , Limpopo, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Specialist to join their audit and assurance division. This role is critical in leading audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. The Senior Audit Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing audits, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements. This position requires a deep understanding of auditing principles, excellent client management skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. The role is based in our Polokwane office and requires full-time presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial statement audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Assess internal controls and identify areas of risk and control weaknesses.
