Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) with a BCom degree and SAICA articles.
• Post-articles experience of 3+ years in an established audit firm with supervisory responsibilities.
• Registered Auditor (RA) status is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Audit Execution & Review: oversee planning, execution, and reviews of financial statements and supporting workpapers.
• Branch Leadership & Revenue: manage branch revenue targets, budgets, WIP, and fee recoveries.
• Quality Control & Governance: uphold quality standards and sign off on reports (RA eligibility).
• Staff Development & SAICA Mentorship: mentor and supervise trainees and audit staff; SAICA assessor/trainee officer duties.
• Client & Business Development: drive client engagement and new business development initiatives.
