Job summary

Shift Pursuit invites applications for an experienced Audit Senior to join our client’s team in Centurion, South Africa. The successful candidate will manage multiple engagements, perform audit procedures, and review financial information, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ audit experience, relevant accounting qualifications (BCom/CTA), and strong analytical abilities. International or UK audit exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ audit experience
• Post-articles experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• International or UK audit experience will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit engagements from start to completion
• Perform audit procedures and review financial information
• Prepare and review working papers and audit documentation
• Identify risks, discrepancies and areas requiring further investigation
• Assist with the preparation of audit reports and financial statements
• Communicate with clients and provide support throughout the audit process
