A multi-disciplinary firm of Chartered Accountants is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a BCom with or without Honours and have completed SAICA articles. Responsibilities include leading audit engagements, preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS for SMEs, and managing junior staff. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. A highly competitive salary based on experience is offered.

Responsibilities

• Completing working paper files.
• Leading teams on audit/review engagements.
• Reporting to the audit Supervisor/Manager.
• Preparing and reviewing Annual Financial Statements using IFRS for SMEs.
• Managing and training junior staff and SAICA trainees.
