Job summary

Ernst & Young is seeking a Senior Associate in People Consulting to support delivery of people-centric transformation projects across diverse industries. You will work with Managers and Senior Managers on capabilities like Organisation Design, Change Management, Learning and Talent Management.

You will conduct research, analyze data, engage stakeholders and help deliver workstreams while developing consulting capabilities within EY’s practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, or related discipline.
• A postgraduate qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery, working with the team to deliver people-centric transformation solutions.
• Assist in research, analytics, stakeholder engagement and delivery of workstream outputs.
• Contribute to client-ready deliverables including reports, presentations, frameworks and communication materials.
• Assist in planning, coordination and tracking of project tasks, risks, timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate across EY teams to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary client solutions.
