Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate Attorney located in Pretoria.

The Senior Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice, conducting research, representing clients in complex litigation matters, and court appearances. The role involves managing case files independently from start to finish, drafting legal opinions and pleadings, collaborating closely with colleagues in a team-oriented environment, and building strong relationships with clients through clear communication. A strong background in litigation is essential.

Qualifications
  1. LLB with a minimum of 12 years post-articles experience
  2. Courtline and Caselines experience
  3. Proven track record
  4. Right of Appearance in the High Court
  5. Strong litigation and drafting skills
  6. Experience in research and negotiations
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  8. Ability to work independently and in a team
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  10. Relevant experience in a legal firm or corporate setting
  11. Own vehicle
