TotalEnergies Renewables Southern Africa seeks a senior asset-manager to own SPV asset management from financial close through the PPA tenure. You will define asset operations strategy, manage risk, and drive financial and operational performance across wind, solar, and storage projects.

You will lead a high‑performing team, coordinate with lenders, government bodies, and partners, and push value through refinancing and process improvements to optimise returns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of commercial asset management experience in a SA IPP setting.
• Engineering or Finance degree with advanced project finance knowledge.
• Proven leadership experience in a high‑performance team and senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilités

• Own SPV asset management from financial close through PPA tenure.
• Define and optimise asset operations strategy and risk management.
• Monitor financial and operational performance; report deviations and opportunities.
• Drive value through refinancing, plant improvements and contract optimisations.
• Lead asset management team and coordinate with delivery partners.
