Overview: As the Senior Art Director, you will drive the creative output of the team, combining a strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives for our client and the agency team.

You will execute and oversee the production of high-quality digitally integrated creative communications and precision marketing campaigns.

With your knowledge, you will bring a mix of digital expertise and business understanding to promote our company and our valued client, NIVEA.

You are someone who can inspire others, elevating our digital creative work as we continue to grow.

You will actively participate in and review the work of the Last Mile creatives in producing always-on and precision marketing digital assets and beyond.

Responsibilities

  1. Work with Last Mile and Implementation Hub Leads to prioritize work and resources based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules collaboratively.
  2. Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives responsibly.
  3. Review and approve art developed by the team, ensuring deliverables meet marketing goals and challenges.
  4. Present or oversee the presentation of final concepts and obtain approvals for deliverables.
  5. Collaborate with account teams and project managers to understand the client's brand and support project delivery aligned with the brand idea.
  6. Build and enhance the agency's reputation both externally and internally.
  7. Foster a positive team culture, focusing on the wellbeing of team members, clients, and the work environment.

Leadership and Management

  1. Lead by example, providing clear, focused feedback for improvement.
  2. Support cross-functional team involvement to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery from ideation to execution.
  3. Promote a solutions-oriented culture within the agency.
  4. Manage and develop direct reports effectively, supporting their growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives for clients and the agency.
  • Experience with digital design or production.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented, and capable of creating integrated content across all marketing channels, including digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.
  • Skills in digital layout, typography, composition, and production.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), MS PowerPoint or Keynote, MS Outlook, Chase, Storyteq, Drive+.
