Qualifications and Skills
  1. Highly conceptual individual
  2. Demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking
  3. Track record of leading the conceptualization and execution of campaigns
  4. Understanding of new and existing digital platforms
  5. Knowledge of various programmes (Editing, recording, etc.)
  6. At least 1 international gold and 1 local gold medal
  7. Examples of problem solving
  8. Understanding of CRM and CVM principles
  9. Proactivity leading to improved work or processes
Key Responsibilities

As a senior creative, you will lead our passionate, multi-talented studio, guiding junior members to deliver exceptional integrated concepts that exceed client expectations. You will be a craft-led, strategically driven, media-agnostic, agile, and consistently conceptual professional with a desire to transform brands through exceptional, intuitive, and human-centered products and experiences.

Additional Expectations

The candidate should be tuned into South African popular culture and media, with a strong point of view on winning in this space, supported by experience. Immaculate art direction ability is paramount.

Daily Responsibilities
  1. Participate in strategic planning and brief interrogation
  2. Scope, plan, and manage the creative process
  3. Manage and mentor the creative team
  4. Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure team integration and alignment with business objectives
  5. Champion innovative media solutions
  6. Engage in campaign planning and pitches
  7. Define visual language for campaigns
  8. Manage multiple projects
  9. Generate and sell ideas to clients and team
  10. Mockup creative ideas
  11. Produce creative elements and lead craftsmanship
  12. Prepare presentations and attend client meetings and shoots
  13. Source inspirational materials to push creativity
