Job summary

The Recruitment Pig is seeking an experienced architect to lead design on major building projects in Johannesburg. You will manage planning, coordinate with consultants and clients, and drive delivery from concept through construction while upholding quality and financial targets.

You must hold a degree or diploma in architecture, be SACAP professional, and have 7–12 years of relevant experience with Revit. Strong communication, leadership, and a team-focused attitude are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Active SACAP registration as a Professional.
• 7–12 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong skills in authoring and managing complex Revit models.
• Experience leading large projects and a small team.
• Excellent written communication for project emails and letters.

What You Need to Apply

• Previous experience running large projects and leading a small team.
• Excellent written communication skills for writing project emails and letters.
• Good positive attitude, willingness to learn & being a team player.
