Job summary

Join a dynamic Construction & Design Team in Cape Town as a Draughtsman, where your designs will come to life in real restaurants. This role requires strong Revit skills, a hands-on work ethic, and experience in commercial or retail construction, ensuring projects are executed effectively from concept through completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Commercial / Retail Construction.
• Attention to detail and a 'hands-on' work ethic.
• Experience in QSR, Hospitality, or retail builds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and regulation-compliant Technical drawings.
• Lead Design input for new and existing restaurant builds.
• Collaborate with Construction Managers and Contractors.
• Mentor Junior Draughting team members.
• Ensure quality execution, from concept to completion.

• Qualification in Draughting or Architecture
• 5+ years’ experience in Commercial / Retail Construction
• Strong Revit skills (non-negotiable),AutoCad and 3DS Max (advanced)
• Attention to detail, drive, and a “hands-on” work ethic
• Experience in QSR, Hospitality, or retail builds is a plus
