You will lead design concept development, contribute to master planning, and mentor junior designers while collaborating with architects, planners, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related design field.
• Minimum 6 years of architectural design experience with urban regeneration focus.
• Strong portfolio of urban context projects.
• Proficiency in visualization software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead design concepts for urban regeneration projects.
• Create visualisations, renderings, and presentations of concepts.
