We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Applications Engineer to join our growing team based in Centurion. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about engineering and technology, and who brings proven leadership experience to the table.
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our customers with the SolidWorks product portfolio, focusing on pre-sales, post-sales, onboarding, and technical support. You will also take on a leadership role within the technical/operations department, guiding and supporting a team of engineers to deliver excellent service and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex SolidWorks-related issues.
• Lead pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and consultations to understand customer needs.
• Design and deliver training programs for new users, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to recommend tailored SolidWorks solutions based on customer requirements.
• Stay current with the latest SolidWorks features and certifications through continuous learning.
• Mentor and lead a technical team, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field; or a Diploma in Engineering with relevant industry experience.
