Job description

A specialist international design company in Centurion is recruiting for a Senior Antenna Engineer with a BEng Hons (Electronic Engineering), Masters, or PhD, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will have design experience in a broad range of antenna types and associated RF signal conditioning circuits (e.g., filters) within the 1 MHz to 9 GHz frequency range.

Minimum requirements: BEng Hons (Electronic Engineering) or Masters; Minimum of 8 years relevant experience; Design experience in various antenna types and RF circuits, especially in the 1 MHz to 9 GHz range; Proficiency in MS Office, MATLAB, FEKO or similar 3D CEM tools.

Responsibilities: Meet with clients to determine design requirements; plan and execute design development and testing of prototypes; work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure specifications are met; serve as technical lead on projects; develop antenna and RF products; prepare reports and technical documentation; facilitate technical communication and training with clients.
