InsightsExtract large volumes of product content and SKU activation data from internal systems and third party sources to generate insights that will inform content optimization strategies and improve conversion rates.Analyze historical and real-time engagement data on product pages to identify which content formats drive the highest customer engagement and optimize listings accordingly.Monitor key metrics such as content accuracy, SKU completeness, and image quality to ensure all online merchandise meets internal standards and provides a seamless user experience.Segment customer behavior data by product categories, browsing patterns, and purchase frequency to identify trends that influence merchandise content effectiveness and drive personalization strategies.Develop dashboards that consolidate real-time and historical content performance data to provide leadership with clear insights into opportunities for enhancement and data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with IT and UX teams to integrate analytics tools into digital platforms, ensuring that merchandise content can be continuously refined based on data-driven insights to enhance customer satisfaction.Content
