Join a leading investment banking advisory firm working across Africa’s private credit, fintech, digital finance, and climate finance sectors. We're looking for a smart, driven Senior Analyst to support private debt capital raises, M&A, and strategic advisory deals across high-growth markets.

What You’ll Do

– Build & manage financial models and valuation tools

– Support live deals from pitch to close

– Create investor materials & info memos

– Conduct sector and market research

– Work with senior dealmakers on cross-border mandates

What You Bring

– 2–4 years’ experience (IB, private credit, FIG audit, equity research, credit ratings)

– Strong Excel, modelling, and analytical skills

– Excellent communication & client-ready output

– A proactive mindset & ownership of your work

– Based in or able to work in Joburg or Harare

Bonus if you have CFA Level I+ or exposure to PE, capital raising, or deal platforms.
