Senior Analyst in Data and Analytics

Managed Talents Solutions' client is looking for a Senior Analyst in Data and Analytics with 3+ years of experience in developing and managing data products from ingestion to operations, as well as supporting data analytics solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience developing and managing data products from ingestion to operations
• 3+ years supporting data analytics solutions
• 3+ years of experience in data storytelling and visualization using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Python and relational SQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Solid knowledge of data modeling, architecture, ETL, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Alteryx
• Experience with Azure Data Services: CosmosDB, DynamoDB, Databricks, Glue, DataLake, Redshift
• Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business analytical requirements through stakeholder sessions, prioritize needs, and understand business processes
• Develop data analytics products, including data ingestion, processing ETL, data enhancements, master data, and data integration
• Connect business processes to data product functionality, ensuring reuse, integration, maintainability, and efficiency
• Develop logical data models based on business requirements, such as Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Models
• Collaborate with the Data Governance team to define data quality controls and DevOps processes, and implement them for data and analytics solutions
