ABOUT THIS JOB

Senior Analyst within the Consumer Panel Service (CPS) Team contributes to the adoption and application of NIQ Consumer solutions supporting Consultants to profitably grow customer loyalty and drive sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interacts with both the CPS Team, CPS CAS team and the NIQ Sales Teams.
  • Support Consultants on the elaboration of the Analysis and on preparing presentations of insights.
  • Ensures CPS insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to the Clients by being a CPS expert with an ability to explain the methodology behind key analytics to clients.
  • Autonomously interacts with client staff on both basic and advanced CPS client needs.
  • Collaborates with other NIQ teams to provide holistic support to clients.
  • Demonstrates high standards of performance, promotes a strong team environment.
  • Partners with CS Consultants, Insights associates and Sales teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience in FMCG and client dynamics.
  • Statistics, Economics or Marketing graduate. Honours/master’s level preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret sales and consumer data. Confidence and capability for data analysis and interest in dealing with data. Good at providing answers and insights aligned with the client’s requests, generating new and creative ideas.
  • Client-facing and communication/presentation skills, deliver research results to stakeholders on the client’s side in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate efforts with other associates within a virtual environment.
  • Organizational skills: understanding of business priorities, ability to adapt to complex and changing organizations, ability to manage time schedules.
  • Full proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel.
