Job summary

E-Merge is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team driving finance systems implementations across Africa. You will work at the intersection of Finance, Technology and Innovation, turning business needs into smarter systems and better processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, experimentation and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in finance system projects, hands-on experience with ERP/Procurement/Consolidation tools, and familiarity with cloud finance architectures.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience directly involved in a finance systems implementation project (ERP, Procurement, or Financial Consolidation).
Experience liaising between business, IT, and external implementation/consulting partners.
Hands-on exposure to platforms like SAP, Oracle, Sage, MS Dynamics or Coupa/Ariba/Ivalua or OneStream/Hyperion/SAP BPC.
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud data architecture in finance.
Exposure to Fluence and/or Anaplan for planning, consolidation, or reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT/IS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Support finance systems implementation across project lifecycle (requirements, design, build, testing, deployment).
Act as liaison between business, IT and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
