Job Description : To collaborate with stakeholders from all business units and third parties to design, develop, test, analyze, and maintain software applications supporting business requirements. Responsibilities include investigation, planning, design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications.

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Analysis & Design : Analyze requests/projects for timeline, scope, and risk; design solutions aligned with standards and procedures; improve operations through systems analysis and policy recommendations.
2. Development, Testing & Implementation : Plan and execute testing; develop and verify software solutions; maintain existing programs and create new ones; communicate changes affecting deadlines.
3. Administration & Documentation : Use supporting systems for request management; produce documentation for development and changes.
4. Code Quality : Ensure programs meet standards, are well-debugged, and follow lifecycle practices; adopt new technologies.
5. Deadlines Management : Adhere to project timelines; communicate potential delays; negotiate new deadlines.
6. Quality Control : Minimize bugs and reworks to below 5%.
7. Coaching & Support : Mentor team members; support project design; assist users and meet organizational goals.

Educational Requirements : Grade 12; relevant IT qualification; postgraduate IT qualification.

Experience & Skills : Minimum 5 years with ILE advanced concepts; experience with REST API; fluent in RDI; willing for after-hours and standby duties. Advantageous: Web development experience (HTML, JavaScript, etc.).
