The successful candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent automation solutions, AI agents, and enterprise-grade generative AI applications that improve operational efficiency and enable business innovation. This role requires expertise in AI engineering, enterprise data integration, agent-based architectures, and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

• Design and implement AI-powered agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop advanced AI solutions and orchestration workflows using Azure AI Foundry.
• Build hybrid AI architectures that combine conversational interfaces with backend AI intelligence.
• Develop multi-step reasoning workflows and agent orchestration solutions for complex business scenarios.

Data Integration & AI Enablement

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs, connectors, and microservices.
• Connect AI applications to data platforms such as SQL databases, data lakes, and graph databases.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for enterprise knowledge management use cases.

AI Agent Development & Deployment

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable AI agents across multiple business functions.
• Enable multi-channel deployment through platforms such as Microsoft Teams and the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Conduct thorough testing, validation, and performance optimization prior to production releases.

Governance & Best Practices

• Implement security best practices including RBAC, managed identities, and Azure Key Vault.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
• Participate in design reviews and code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
• Promote adoption of engineering standards and reusable solution patterns.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Optimize AI model usage, response quality, and operational costs.
• Implement logging, monitoring, tracing, and observability frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AI platforms and integrations.
• Mentor team members and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Contribute to capability development and AI best practices.
• Create reusable frameworks, templates, and implementation playbooks.

Required Experience

• 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• 1 to 3 years of experience with Azure AI Foundry and related AI technologies.
• Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with conversational AI, intelligent agents, or agent-based architectures.
